Caring for adults with disabilities and/or chronic diseases present unique challenges, Families are not only providing day-to-day care for their loved ones, but are often concerned about planning for their own future as well.

Those who are caring for their spouses/partners may also need to provide care and support for other relatives, including children and/or parents.  They may be the primary breadwinner as well, and experience the unique stresses of being pulled in multiple directions.

Older adults may be providing for dependent sons and daughters, while at the same time coping with the challenges of aging.   They may experience the need to identify and secure resources to meet the day-to-day needs, while considering arrangements for the future of their dependent family members.
